LEGO LAYOUT

GEHAMS club is now home to an impressive LEGO layout located on the 2nd floor, owned and operated by Tiffeny Thompson, with assistance from her son, Colby. Tiffeny, an enthusiastic LEGO collector, showcases her creativity by displaying various layout configurations at train shows across the Southern California area. She has personally constructed all the buildings, houses, trains, and scenes within the LEGO layout, which has become a favorite among young train enthusiasts visiting the GEHAMS clubhouse and our Annual Bakersfield Model Railroad Show. Tiffeny joined the GEHAMS club in mid-2016 and established the exciting new LEGO division. The layout measures approximately 8’ X 12’ and features two trains running on a double track amidst a wealth of structures and LEGO scenes. For those with a keen eye, the challenge is to spot all the Super Heroes cleverly hidden throughout the LEGO layout!
